COURSE DESCRIPTION

Employees who have acquired the Trainer-The-Trainer (TTT) skills can be valuable assets to the organization.  They can effectively transfer their knowledge and skills to coworkers or subordinates confidently, thus, generating higher trust in their working relationship with others, and improves productivity, quality and safety that will greatly benefits the organization.

This is a specially-customized 2-day intensive online training workshop, aimed at those who already performing training tasks, but need professional trainer’s guidance to further improve their skills, confidence, and make their online training contents more interesting and engaging for their learners. With these Trainer-enhancement skills, you can immediately add values to your online learners, as well as face-to-face classroom trainings.  This training program will be conducted online in a workshop-style where you will learn by practicing it hands-on.  You will get many valuable tips & strategies, tools to use, tips on how to design effective visual aids, produce effective templates, etc.  This course also explores the use of online training engagement tools, gamifications, and human interactions that make transfer of skills more effective.  This is a MUST course for all new or existing trainers who are required to conduct training via remote online platform.

CERTIFICATION

eCertificate : Certificate of Achievement (for those who scored 80% and above for post-test) or Certificate of Attendance.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

At the end of the course, participants will be able to:
