Critical Training Programs For Career Development

Many organizations don’t want to conduct trainings in a ‘piece-meal’ fashion.  They prefer to plan out a longer term development plan for their employees’ career advancement.  We have worked with hundreds of companies, from diverse industries, on their training needs for their employees’ career development plan. From these experiences, we have developed a list of core (or foundational) critical training programs for different levels of employees.

In order to keep things simple, we have divided it into three levels (Top, Middle, Operational-Directs) of management, and four categories (TLMP, MLAP, MLTP, ODLP) of  training program groups.

Many of the above training courses were conducted in physical face-to-face Instructor-Led Training (ILT) format.
MyBE's ultimate goal is to 'convert and customize' all these ILT format courses into Blended Elearning (BeL) remote online learning format.
It will definitely takes some time to do so, but we will work hand-in-hand with our customers to package these programs for their employees' training needs.

We specialize in customizing or 'tailor-making' training programs to suit your employees' specific training needs.

Client wants to repackage the Remote Online Training (ROT) courses to be scheduled at their preferred day/time or duration to suit their employees work schedule.

1-TO-1 TUTORING

For Managers whose time cannot fit in with the group time, Client wants to fix a personal 1-to-1 tutoring session online on specific training subjects.

TRAIN-THE-TRAINER

Clients wants to train up their internal Trainer for co-developed BeL courses.

FACILITATOR SERVICES
