Critical Training Programs For Career Development
Many organizations don’t want to conduct trainings in a ‘piece-meal’ fashion. They prefer to plan out a longer term development plan for their employees’ career advancement. We have worked with hundreds of companies, from diverse industries, on their training needs for their employees’ career development plan. From these experiences, we have developed a list of core (or foundational) critical training programs for different levels of employees.
In order to keep things simple, we have divided it into three levels (Top, Middle, Operational-Directs) of management, and four categories (TLMP, MLAP, MLTP, ODLP) of training program groups.
Please refer to the categories below. Each program group consists of several popular training courses.

Customers can mix-and-match several training courses from the different program groups to make up a unique package for their targeted employees’ career development plan.
Top Level - Management Program (TLMP)
Example: Dept. Heads, Managers & Above
TOP LEVEL – MANAGEMENT PROGRAM (TLMP)
To be competent in the job, after working for three years in this level position, one should preferably have acquired these core skill-sets taught in these courses.

A7). 1-to-1 Communication & Coaching Skills
Middle Level - Administration Program (MLAP)
Example: Section Heads, Officers, Analysts, Supervisors, etc.
MIDDLE LEVEL – ADMINISTRATION PROGRAM (MLAP)
To be competent in the job, after working for four years in this level position, one should preferably have acquired these core skill-sets taught in these courses.

Middle Level - Technical Program (MLTP)
Example: Engineering Section Heads, Engineers, Technical Specialists, IT Analysts, etc.
MIDDLE LEVEL – TECHNICAL PROGRAM (MLTP)
To be competent in the job, after working for four (4) years in this level position, one should preferably have acquired these core skill-sets taught in these courses.
Operation Directs Level Program (ODLP)
Example: Asst Engineers, Technicians, Administrative Assistants, Line Trainers, Line Leaders, Operators, etc.
OPERATION DIRECTS LEVEL PROGRAM (ODLP)
To be competent in the job, after working for five (5) years in this level position, one should preferably have acquired these core skill-sets taught in these courses.
